Jackson’s MMA Series VII will be held on January 21 at theHard Rock Hotel Casino Albuquerque, NM. The main event will feature Jackson’s own Michelle "The Karate Hottie" Waterson (8-3) taking on Colorado native, Diana "Dynamite" Rael (3-1) in a 105-pound bantamweight main event matchup.
