Nate Diaz Sends a Message With a Flick of Donald Cerrone's Trademark Hat
At yesterday’s UFC 141 press conference opposing fighter’s squared off in front of the media. And as usual, when one of the Diaz brothers is involved, things get a bit rowdy. Unfortunately for Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, the rowdiness included opponent Nate Diaz flicking his trademark stiletto cowboy hat off his head and onto the ground. In a battle that could declare who will face the winner of Frankie Edgar and Benson Henderson for the UFC’s lightweight strap the match between Cerrone and Diaz has a lot at stake. -

Youth Overcomes Experience As Strickland And Cottrell Pick Up Wins At King Of The Cage Steel Curtain
King Of The Cage "Steel Curtain" brought nine professional bouts and what should have been a 185-pound title matchup to Norman, Oklahoma Saturday night. The card featured 13 Oklahomans looking to grab a win in front of a sold out crowd at Riverwind Casino’s Showplace Theater. Headlining the card was to be a title fight between current belt holder Brandon Hunt and the undefeated Sean Strickland. Unfortunately Strickland came in overweight and regardless of how the bout played out Hunt would retain his title. -

This card was stock full of Oklahoma talent and no one left disappointed. High school wrestling programs across the nation are being co-operated by two high schools if not being dropped. Wrestling programs across the nation struggle to survive due to the Title Nine rules. The Title Nine rule states that “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance..."—United States Code Section 20, .
