USCS Fight of the Week: Jon Jones Meets Lyoto Machida at UFC 140
In a year that has seen the UFC deliver memorable fights, impressive championship wins and seemingly impossible knockouts, everything comes to a head on Saturday when light heavyweight champion Jon Jones defends his belt against former champion Lyoto Machida. After winning the belt from Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at UFC 128, Jones has looked better in every outing and seems to be delivering the wins with ease. Machida snapped a two-fight losing streak in April by retiring Randy Couture via jumping front kick. When these two men stand across from one another in the Octagon in Toronto, true martial arts skill will be displayed in the USCS Fight of the Week.Comments (1)
