On Dec. 1, at the Grapple at the Garden, Team Joe Warren battled against Team Renzo Gracie in wrestling at Madison Square Garden at the second annual wrestling event. The event had a crowd of nearly 5,000 fans witness an amazing display of talent. Team Joe Warren took it to their opponent Team Renzo Gracie in Freestyle wrestling. Team Gracie won the first bout, as Drew Headlee won by tech. fall over Alex Karnitski (Team Warren) by a score of 13-2 at 147 pounds. “This was a lot of fun,” Warren said. “My first love is wrestling. Holly Holm Takes on Angela Hayes at "Havoc"
Holly Holms has quickly amassed an MMA record of 5-0. This Friday she'll put her unbeaten record to the biggest test to date, taking on veteran Angela Hayes. Hayes is a gritty boxer who boasts impressive stand-up skills of her own, and has twelve pro fights under her belt. Holm's name has been getting mentioned alongside the likes of Christine Cyborg and Rhonda Rousey. Grapple At The Garden Returns To Madison Square Garden December 1st; Dake vs. Jenkins
On the first of December the second annual Grapple at the Garden will invade Madison Square Garden. Grapple at the Garden is presented by Suplay.com featuring a main event between Kyle Dake and Bubba Jenkins. The co-main event will be featuring Frankie Edgar and Phillipe Nover. The first session of wrestling will begin at 10AM and will resume at noon for session two. Tickets can be purchased at TheGarden.com ranging $20.00 - $50.00. Sixteen college varsity teams will be present at the competition in the world’s most famous arena. -
