fear of fighting

There is nothing wrong with being scared. It is a natural state of mind. It is very natural. When you are about to get into a fight, fear of beating up or getting hurt is very natural to come into your mind—but being afraid, backing up from a battle of getting beaten like a sitting duck will be very embarrassing. So overcoming this fear will be the best policy.

There have been several concerns from the newcomers who want to prepare for some form of fighting strategy, and I can only remember that the fashionable aspect of all these problems is the disappointment that we do not behave appropriately during the conflict.
Many of them fault themselves for being scared, being timid about themselves, trembling their heads, not being in charge of their mind, etc.

We also agree that you avoid getting disciplined. You are not the only one, and this is a common occurrence.

Fear is how you get big in a fight. You are heading on a horrible ride because you freak out over the odd sensation that THC impairs the Neurotransmitters.
When, before you can fight, you believe that you have to overcome terror, you’re incorrect. It is only by battling that terror can be conquered.
Yet you would most definitely appreciate your ride or even deliver amazing creative works if you realize that it’s all normal and you don’t run.

The aim is to understand the imprevisible and terrifying nature of combat by the application of strategies that help you conquer terror.

So what are the symptoms that will appear in you when you are scared? Let’s know them.

Turning Pale: The skin is translucent in battle or flight, as the blood arteries compress the skin and the blood supply flows to the muscles. This immune response stops the skin from bleeding in a fight or flight and loses the much-needed blood.

Funny Stomach: Adrenaline prevents digestion briefly and thus you can feel nauseous. Blood leaves the abdomen and goes where appropriate. Our ancestors require all their blood from the sap-toothed prehistoric tiger in their legs and skeletal muscles. Then in a fighting environment, the body determines that it has more responsibility to stop the powerhouse blow that you consumed at lunch than digesting your burrito.

Jelly Knee: This shiver is a direct reaction to our battle or flight method.  Now your body has to lay down in complete force. When you don’t move, the dopamine in your blood will begin to pump in your muscles and cause your legs to tremble. Therefore you should be well fed by caffeine in your blood as you put it down so you’ll no doubt be shaky.  Ask some of your friends to respond that the jitters go away with all their signs as you begin to take action. This was the symbol of anxiety. Totally natural symptoms, once the fight mode is activated, appear on the body.

This awareness is the foundation for your comprehension that if you experience all of these sensations in your body, you are in a fully normal condition. The next time you notice your heart pounding like a drum, you are ill and weep like a nun in a cucumber farm just note that there’s nothing wrong with you.

How Long Is A Boxing Round Going on

Now, what to do to overcome fear during this kind of situation

It’s not a good thing to be hit. It isn’t ice cream, not a treat back, it’s not a treat on the birthday. You shouldn’t say that. When you get too rough and uncomfortable with kicks, you’re going to be afraid. There is no way to do it. Anything that affects you is bound to frighten you. It hurts.

You will then strive to conquer it and bear it in mind.

  • Train Hard

Therefore, preparation is the first thing we want to discuss. For example, the more hours you work, the more confident you become. Nevertheless, that happens only if you calculate these hours. You have decided what your job will focus on, whether, how far, to improve it, because you are a Boxer and have prepared the whole day. In preparation, you will also quit the comfort zone, because when the time is appropriate, you are here and have achieved so already.

Build that and seek to do what you’re scared of. Attempt to slow down, and speed up the pace when you move. Your body learns to react to certain situations automatically through good training.

  • Fewer Techniques More Protection

Initially, the amount of techniques permitted is that. We may control our feelings against Kumite by removing elements of ambiguity such as this.

Just allow straight stomach stitches, for instance.
And, cause only the body to kick around and the face to kick straight.
Increase the capability and aim of choices slowly.

The more reverse, the better, the less scared. In order to rewire the brain’s instinctive fly-fighting or freeze reaction, you must be able to get blows from the opposite human. Many people strike more as they carry safety immediately.
Remove protectors one by one slowly.

  • Know Your Fear

This has been demonstrated scientifically, and also as a treatment. Talking down your worries will help you know that it’s not that much of a major company. It’s like being caught in your nose, but if you write it down, it would seem less and more like a question. Write something down when you speak to a practitioner in depth. There is room for newcomers to interpret data and recall the habits and actions of their enemies. We don’t just don’t get injured, we know as well.

  • Sparring Level

In many Youtube videos and other articles, you’ve probably heard me echoing this. Perhaps it’s why I suggest speeding back so frequently I believe people misinterpret.

Slow sparring doesn’t suggest you get used to the challenge and ‘making things easy’ for you. The difficulty with other students is that they just can’t see sparring. Quick sparring is to make you see more information. When that is too late, they can not identify various kinds of blows.

  • Live The Moment

Your fight is stronger than you expected. You practiced, worked well, so it’s time now. As soon as you can. Now you think your opponent will use it against you. You haven’t worked on something.

There’s no room for something in practice. Everything you can do is get dressed, trust in yourself, and expect the best. On the match day, you’ll find out! Nobody’s up, nothing will be. Only focus on what you believe, and don’t think about stuff about which you haven’t had time.

  • Not Being Afraid Of your Opponent

Your opponent always has his own worries, his own flaws, and suspicions. You don’t have to learn anything about anyone to win in order to defeat him. Learn yourself! Love yourself! You must typically fight a regular guy without any or any experience in martial arts who has just lost his patience. When you are in a triangle it is the same. Nobody’s fine. You are not going to tackle a robot-like in a Terminator movie.

Final Word

Perhaps the reason the warriors are fearful of being struck is that they have been hit hard. Somehow, they have determined that they have to strike hard to know how to fight. You only have to take your time, do what we have said and have faith. Live today, exist in the Then, and stay dedicated to tangible faith. You can be assured RID OF FEAR OF FIGHTING if you allow all of the above tips on a regular basis. These are the tips that have proved effective in coping not only with the fear of hardship but also with fear in general.
