1. Distract your Opponent

When we’re talking about kick feinting in boxing, we usually say raising the lead leg fast, like you’re going to deliver a kick. And it’s going to be a lot easier than raising the rear knee. You will now restore your balance even more easily. A feint is a deliberately disappointing step. You demonstrate your desire to do something to your rival, but then you do something different.
