Boxing Legend Johnny Tapia Found Dead at Only 45 Years Old, Fight Community Mourns
The world has lost a good one as five-time world boxing champion Johnny Tapia was found unresponsive in their bedroom yesterday by wife Theresa Tapia. Authorities say there was no reason to believe foul play was involved in the death of Tapia but will not release information until a full investigation is conducted. Tapia first came into national prominence when he defeated Henry Martinez for the WBO Super Flyweight title at The Pit in Albuquerque, New Mexico.Add Comment -

Double KO in Kentucky as Ward and Bishop Fly Out of Cage (VIDEO)
The co-main event of Hardrock MMA 43 from Kentucky came to frightening halt this past weekend as Braedon Ward and Brandon Bishop fell outside the cage due to a failed door hinge. Both fighters found themselves knocked out as they landed outside the cage and the fight was ruled a no contest. Both fighters are reported to have been paid both their show money and win bonuses. Due to the bizarre ending a rematch is rumored to also in the works.
