We all have bad days sometimes. Mark Severtson, head instructor at Badgerland Jiu-Jitsu and the host of King Grappler, had a bad day Saturday.   His mats were in Chicago, half his competition was at another tournament, two of his supermatches were canceled and nothing was going right. With only seven seconds left in the first round, Wisconsins Eric Red Schafer submitted Houston Alexander last night at UFCs Ultimate Fight Night 15 in Omaha, NE. The light heavyweight match took place at the Civic Auditorium in Alexanders hometown and was a crucial bout in both mens careers. Alexander and Schafer each entered the fightcoming off of two lossesin the UFC and it played out exactly as it was designed: a classic grappler versus striker match.
