In Milwaukee on a brisk December evening amateur bantamweight fighter Ode “The Oddity” Osbourne out of Waukesha-MMA earns a unanimous decision after three rounds over Jon Morrison at the North American Fighting Championship at the Rave Eagles Club Ballroom.
Osbourne went on the attack throwing several strikes once the bout began. The Waukesha-MMA fighter relied on his speed and foot work to out strike Morrison through three rounds. His timing improved over the course of three rounds.
As the main event on the undercard, Larry Watson of Roufusport will fight Ben Deleon of Bushido Sports Center, from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Watson and Deleon are both holding 3-1 records entering the bout tonight. Deleon is taking a five hour journey to Milwaukee from Indiana to fight Watson at the North American Fighting Championship “UNRIVALED” MMA at the Rave in Milwaukee Saturday, December 7, 2013.
The amateur bout will be a lightweight fight as the main event on the undercard. Deleon is coming off a victory by submission via Guillotine choke in round one at one minute. His win comes after his first defeat at GECF 15. The first loss came by a submission in the first round. Before his first loss, the previous two bouts were TKO victories in the first round.
