The debut of Wisconsin's most recent addition to the Ultimate Fighting Championship may be just around the corner. According to sources close to Camus' camp, the Roufusport bantamweight has signed the contract pitting him against Dustin Pague on the undercard of "UFC 150: Henderson vs. Edgar II" on August 11.

Fresh off three straight victories over Alptekin Ozkilic, Daniel Aguirre, and Eugene Crisler, "King" Camus looks prepared to make the jump into the deep waters of the UFC after finding success within the local Midwest circuit.

Since 2007, when friend and teammate Anthony Pettis convinced Camus to leave the streets for the gym, the heavy-handed striker has become a force to be reckoned with within the 135-pound division.

Following a quick victory over the loquacious Scott Blevins and a tough loss to Marco Daniels in his second go around, Camus' career didn't really hit its mark until his third professional fight. From that point, "King" has won 10 of his last 12 bouts and amassed a record of 11-3.

Outside of his victories over Ozkilic and Aguirre inside the Legends of Fighting Championship's "Tachi Tourney", some of the Roufusport fighter's most impressive performances have included consecutive stoppages over longtime veterans Joe Pearson and John Hosman. But the biggest test of his young career now exists in the form of Disciple MMA's Pague.

Fresh off of a tough split decision loss to Ken Stone – although he agreed to take the fight on very short notice – Pague should come into the UFC 150 matchup with Camus in dominant form. The 24-year-old Pennsylvania native holds a record of 11-6 and has won one of his first three fights inside the UFC.

Prior to his split decision defeat to Stone last month, Pague earned his lone UFC victory with a first round submission over Jared Papazian. The win was Pague's eighth via way of submission.

While still not yet confirmed by either camp, the matchup between Pague and Camus looks to be an intriguing bout amongst two exciting up-and-coming bantamweights. Stay tuned to US Combat Sports for confirmation of the rumored fight.
