A local film crew caught up with UFC lightweight fighter Jim Miller as he prepares for his biggest test to date in Nate Diaz this Saturday at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J.

Fresh Focus Productions visited the AMA Fight Club in Whippany to catch up with Miller and his coaches and training partners to include brother, Dan, and welterweight Charlie Brenneman.

The film crew went inside Miller’s home to speak with his wife about Jim’s carpentry skills and love for beer making.

They also captured the hardships that the Miller family has endured with the ongoing battle for brother Dan’s son, Daniel Jr., who is fighting a polycystic kidney disease.

Miller and Diaz will meet in the center of the octagon this Saturday, May 5, on FOX.

Fresh Focus Productions is Thanasis Petrakis, Anthony Kuzviwanza, and Rob Carbuccia. The threesome are in the process are producing an MMA show about local fighters in the New York City area.
