With music from metal mega-band Disturbed playing throughout the evening, Sin City Fight Promotions entertained fans on Saturday night at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas with nine amateur MMA bouts.

The main event of the evening saw Sin City Fights lightweight champion David Jordan take a majority decision victory over Justin Jaynes in a very close battle.

Another bout that deserved accolades was the slugfest between Boostayre Nefarios and Kyosuke Yokoyama, which saw Nefarios win by Unanimous Decision. USCombatSports had an opportunity to get a quick comment from Nefarios after the show.

“I just wanted to thank God for the opportunity to be able to fight again,” he said. “I’d like to thank my father (Marvin Eastman) he’s the one that motivated me.”

He would go on to say that one day he hopes to be as good a fighter as his father was.

Regis Spicer, who was also victorious in his fight with Skyler Romero earlier in the night, wanted to thank his fans for helping motivate him.

“This is a real great win after coming off a pretty upsetting loss,” he admitted. “My fans really gave me the extra motivation towards the second and third round to dig deep and stay in there mentally and continue pushing the pace.”

Both Nefarios and Spicer have promising futures ahead of them.
