2012 Southwest Combat Sports Expo Returns to New Mexico's Santa Ana Star Center on July 28
Last year's Southwest Combat Sports Expo delighted nearly 3000 spectators with several amazing performances and training demonstrations. Once again anchored by the Southwest's largest grappling tournament, this years Expo '12 is sure to raise the bar.
The Gi and NoGi grappling tournament will be contested on 12 mats while the middle of the event center floor will once again be the stage for some awesome Combat Sports related demos.
Southwest Grapplefest VII and Expo '12 is being held at the Santa Ana Star Center, a 7,000 seat state-of-the-art venue known for world class entertainment and professional sports.
This year's Expo will thrill strength and conditioning junkies with a Crossfit Throwdown and a Strongman competition, along with Kettlebell guru Zar Horton making a return from last year.
MMA fans won't want to miss the pro workouts by Brandon Gibson, corner man for Jon Jones, Carlos Condit and others. Vendors and exhibitors in the concourse will be offering the latest apparel and Combat Sports Related services.
This is the second annual Expo and the eleventh Grappling/BJJ tournament presented by the Combat Sports Club (CSC). Many familiar faces from the MMA and Boxing worlds routinely attend CSC events so don't forget your camera.
