Undefeated Roufusport prospect Luis "Kool Whip" Garcia has simply entertained audiences since making his way onto Wisconsin's amateur mixed martial arts scene. At the Harley Davidson Arena, Garcia once again gave fans at the North American Fighting Championship "Warriors" a highlight reel finish.

"Kool Whip" found himself facing off against the less experienced Mathew Demeny (0-1) of Stand Alone MMA. From the moment the first bell rang, Garcia seemed as though he was a step ahead of Demeny. Every strike Demeny threw, "Kool Whip" smoothly evaded and answered with a strike of his own. This certainly seemed to wear on Demeny physically and mentally throughout the fight.

With a barrage of kicks and punches Garcia put on a striking clinic that was too much for Demeny to handle. It only took 49-seconds into the second round for Garcia to catch Demeny flush enough on the chin to end the fight by way of knockout and earn the USCS KO of the Night.

This was the third fight for Garcia at this same event and he has always given his fans something to cheer about. With another victory at the amateur level, Garcia seems as though he has polished his skills to a level that would allow him to compete within the ranks of the professionals in his respected weight class. Time will tell if "Kool Whip" will take his fast feet and smooth ring presence to the next level.
