Jackson's MMA fighter Heather Jo Clark showed a little bit of everything on Friday night in her first round submission victory over Avery Vilche at XFC 18: Music City Mayhem in Nashville, Tennessee.

Utilizing the clinch very early on in the fight and then performing a sweep into a headlock, Clark immediately set the tone for her strong performance. The fight ultimately went back to the ground where Clark avoided a triangle attempt from Vilche and proceeded to secure a rear naked choke for the win.

With the victory Clark improves her record to 5-2 and rebounds nicely from the previous loss to Marianna Kheyfets back at XFC 16 in February. Watch Clark overmatch Vilche and get back into the winning column in the video below.
