FITNHB Racking Up Titles - US Combat Sports

FITNHB, standing for Fighters-in-Training, No-Holds-Barred, is home to some of the world's premier athletes. One of their favorite catch phrases is "We Build Champions."

That claim has been repeatedly substantiated, as FIT NHB is home to several King of the Cage World Champions, including now UFC Fighter, Tim "The Dirty Bird" Means (Current Holder of 3 KOTC titles: Superfight, Junior Welterweight, and Lightweight), Frank Baca (Current Holder of KOTC Flyweight Belt), Bill Albrecht (Former Welterweight Champion), and Donald Sanchez (Former Bantamweight Champion).

Over the next couple months, FIT athletes will be entering the cage to earn or keep their world championship titles. This weekend, at King of the Cage: Prohibited, which takes place at Riverwind Casino on Saturday, March 17, 2012, Sanchez and Albrecht will once again represent FITNHB, as Sanchez fights to get his Bantamweight belt back, and Albrecht fights his way back up the ladder for the Welterweight title.

More belt action takes place at KOTC: Bad Intentions, on April 14, 2012, at the renowned Winstar Casino, where Baca will face his first title defense as King of the Cage Flyweight World Champion, and FITNHB's Tyler "The Beast" East battles Tony "Kryptonite" Lopez, for the KOTC Heavyweight World Title.

FIT NHB trains cage fighters as well as boxers; some of these athletes are both, including Donald Sanchez, Tim Means, Brenda Gonzales and Monica Lovato. Lovato (12-1-0 as a professional boxer and 5-2 as a cage fighter) looks to earn her first MMA belt for King of the Cage, on May 12, 2012, at Buffalo Thunder Casino, just north of Santa Fe, NM.
