Final Four Set: Two Lightweight Fights Face Off against Two ...

In what was yet another close round of voting as the Final Four has been set for the US Combat Sports Greatest MMA Fight of All Time Bracket.  Two number one seeds have made it with the other two fights being second seeds. 

In the closest vote of the Elite Eight, Diego Sanchez vs Clay Guida- TUF 9 Finale edged out the number one seed Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen – UFC 117 by just four-percent of the vote.  On the top of the same side, Chuck Liddell vs Wanderlei Silva-UFC 79 defeated Wanderlei Silva vs. Quinton Jackson I-Pride 2003 by 19-percent of the vote.  These two winners will square off in a a battle for the USCS Finals. 

On the other side of the bracket 1 seed Frankie Edgar vs Gray Maynard II- UFC 125 took care of Lenard Garcia vs Chan Sung Jung I- WEC 48 with ease taking home 81% of the votes.  In the bottom of that side, Dan Henderson vs Shogun Rua – UFC 139 won a complete land slide against Anthony Pettis vs Benson Henderson- WEC 53 with an amazing 92% of the vote.  Pettis/Henderson was thought to be a very good fight, but it was made clear that up against what many say is the favorite, it didn't stand a chance.
