Lorenzo Borgomeo Replaces Danny Salinas Against Eric Reynolds at XFC 20 Main Event
XFC 20: High Octane is scheduled for September 28th at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum as the XFC puts on its fifth show of the year and its fourth in the state of Tennessee. Lightweight favorite Eric Reynolds has already agreed to put his December title fight at risk by taking a fight on the September card, and will now deal with a late opponent swap. Scott Holtzman Excited to Continue Rise Throughout XFC Lightweight Division Against Chris Coggins at XFC 20
Xtreme Fighting Championships returns to the Volunteer State for XFC 20: High Octane on September 28. As always, the promotion will feature some of the brightest local stars, mixed with some of tomorrow's top rising national MMA stars. Included in that group will be Tennessee's Scott Holtzman. Frank Gomez (10-6, Jackson-Winkeljohn) suffered a heart-wrenching technical loss to Premier MMA's Aaron Cerda (4-3) at Jackson's MMA Series 9, held for the first time at Tingley Coliseum on the New Mexico State Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Rogue Warriors Championships Photo Highlights - Rhodes, Meerschaert, Schoonover, and More
While there could have been more butts in the seats on Thursday night in Green Bay the action inside the cage was frantic as the Rogue Warrior Championships invaded the Oneida Casino. Jackson's MMA Series IX hits Albuquerque's Tingley Coliseum tomorrow night with a full night of mixed martial arts action including a heavily anticipated main event between Frank Gomez and Mikey Lovato. Other intriguing matchups include Hunter Tucker taking on Nate Patterson, Nick Gonzalez versus Gene Perez, Emily Peters-Kagan against Lynae Lovato, and much more. Olympic Style Medals for All Placers at 2012 Southwest Grappling Championship on October 20
The Combat Sports Club (CSC) has found a new medals designer for this year’s Southwest Grappling Championship. All winners, 1st-4th, at this year’s tournament will receive new custom medals. They are thick and heavy like Olympic medals with wide stitched in ribbons. We’ll also have a participation medal for all non-medaling KID division competitors to reward them for their hard work and sportsmanship. The double elimination tournament is October 20th at Cleveland High School. Cleveland has ample parking and a spacious floor which allows closer viewing of the matches. We’ll have ten mats and will be done by 6:00pm.
